Try turning off "Retract on layer change".
Or similar setting in the slicer of your choice.

Thats caused by the hotend stopping momentarily, at layer change.

i tried changing this n that earlier, changing to volumetric, and turning off relarive E on slicer cured the problem, but yewwwwww what a mess in the print after about 4 mil...also at the start of any 'bends' it left a big blob as it stopped momentaorily in a futile attemp to turn lol.

next i reset everything that didnt help, then finaly i turned of the 'wipe on retract' and that seems to have sorted it. (retract is still on but not causing any problems yet..noted duly though ty).

the nozzle clean was looking imminent 3DSm followed by i was thinking the filoment was dud for some other reasons i cured earlier.

thank you chaps, or chapess's'zzz which ever lol.

couple more tweek's i should be dun..he sais...hopefully lol.
