Auto leveling Z-probe

Hello All,

I have to try install a auto level function on my printer.
But he don't do it. The Z axis don't probe.
I can't upload to a movie but I try to explain.

First he scan point one. but he don't probe. point two, three etc same story.
When he finished his scan en go to print. he corrects his z axis al little bit.
But not enough. see my marlin settings for more information

I use a capacitive sensor

I have used youtubee. It is a printer make by my own. the bed is very large.
the numbers are from the board megatronic 3.0.
