I ordered some metal from onlinemetals.com in the USA. I've dealt with them a few times over the past few years and always had good results. This time the parcel arrived next day (amazing!), but one of the pieces was damaged. It was mic-6 plate for the bed, so I was pretty disappointed. I wrote them an email last night to let them know. The response came back first thing this morning:

"I apologize for the quality of the material you received. I have asked that a warehouse supervisor inspect the material before reshipping the item to you. You should expect to receive an email later today with the tracking number for the reshipment."

Now that's how you turn around an unhappy customer. No excuses, an apology, a commitment to fix it and an aggressive time-scale. That get's my vote!
