Replikeo Support not answering for weeks.

Hello,

I ordered my Duet board from Replikeo last year and it also arrived relatively fast.
However it broke a few weeks in. I contacted them at the end of january to get a replacement. They replied quickly and requested a picture of the broken board. I sent that immediately. Now it took a while for them to get back to me but i figured it takes a while to process the picture. About 5 days later they replied and asked how i wanted the new board shipped. Again I replied promptly and after a little back and forth we settled on a shipping method. Now Chinese new Year came along and they send me a message that they will get back to me "next week". That was feb. the 7. They never got back to me or replied to any of my messages again.
Has anyone had the same experience or is even in contact with them? I really dont know what I can do now :/

Same issue I receive no emails from them either been contacting them for the past 4 days no response
