Hello all,
Hopefully this topic has not been addressed yet. I searched the forums and assorted RepRap sites before deciding to ask.
I am very interested in building a RepRap with lasercut parts from Ponoko. Using Ponoko is easy enough, but I am curious about the other parts I will need in order to complete the 3D cartesian robot.
Is there a bill of materials for the nuts, bolts, springs, chains/belts, etc that one would need to build a laser cut RepRap?
While a kit from Bits From Bytes would be ideal, the cost is prohibitively expensive (after tax and shipping...it comes out to ~1000 USD).
I have the Arduino electronics assembled and working with the stepper motors from the RRRF. All I need now is the laser cut parts, metal hardware, and assorted extruder components.
Thanks in advance.
