heatbed mk2 problem

hi I've a problem with the heatbed mk2 it's connected to ramps 1.4 and the power supply is a regulated power switching supply 12v 30a but when i turn on the heatbed the regulated power cut off the power i think is the power supply shortage protection the resistence of the heatbed is 1.4 ohm please helpe to solve this

Your problem is more likely the power supply than the bed, unless you have a short on the RAMPS.

Found the problem and solved
The problem was the pcb Heatbed this has a short the solutions has changed the pcb heatbed
