Which generation motherboard do you need help with precisely (generations go from 1-7 at the moment)? I'm sure we can fix you up with a little more info.

it looks as if the pcb says v1.00 on the back
I believe the usb input converter chip is not programed correctly
that is why it will not talk rx and tx lines
they are electrically ok
ant help would be use full
was thinking of bypassing that chip with a uart of my own
