Does anyone knows what type of plastic is used to make bread clip ?

A complete guess would be polypropylene because they have living hinges.

The bread clip we have dosent have any hinges.

Yes and with the loaves of bread he should be able to feed another 5000 spinning smiley sticking its tongue out

In Japan, every single plastic scrap is labeled with the type for recycling purposes. Bread clips here are labeled as polystyrene. smiling smiley
