Hi,
Ive recently seen a youtube video of a 3D printer producing a bearing assembly, which was interesting. I'd like to know if the reprap is able to produce an axial fan blade (without the outer casing) such as the one in the following link

Yes, as long as the overhang isn't beyond 60 degrees. To do that requires a well tuned bot though. But it definitely would be possible. Using support material could work as well.
