I did that and nothing changed. I have installed the same software on my portable computer and it works fine. The only difference is that this machine had an older version installed and I removed it before installing this one. Could it be junk left over in the registry? I just checked the registry and did not find anything. The error box is from the "Java Virtual Machine Launcher". Is there a configuration file for the program in Java?
