I'm working with Sublime to develop a control board for his Tantillus printer. It'll work with any control board running Marlin and capable of supporting the LCD/Encoder configuration . It's inspired by the Ulitpanel, but it's very thin and stylish.
Pretty much, it's a bamboo board with laser engraving on it. You screw the components to it (LCD, Encoder), make some traces with copper tape, then use some rainbow cable, header pins, and heat shrink to make cables to go to your RAMPS board or other electronics.
For simplicity sake, I might not be including an SD card reader. If you'd like me to, shout it out down below.
