A couple of minor edits for [
reprap.org].
1: "Check that the LED lights up." -- which LED -- presumably, given the photo to the right, "Check that the power LED lights up".
2: "Next put a voltmeter on the tracks that will connect to pins 15 and 16 of U2." -- "...U2, pins 15 and 16 (the upper-right pin of the socket, and directly below it).". There are several ways of counting the pins on a chip, sadly -- I had to check the datasheet for the pinout, it doesn't mention the counting anywhere on this page.
Also, the main testing section could use combining with the second testing section below it -- do we want to recommend just the simple "does it light up, and have 5V" test, and then do the more complicated tests if it fails, or should you always start with the complex tests?
(Doing the complex tests sounds like a lot of work to me, but if it prevents your computer from blowing up...)
