weird temperature graph

Prusa Mendel, J-Head, Arduino, RAMPS 1.4,Pronterface, with fan
when I print 20x20x10 model everything is normal (fan is off)
but when i start print bigger model like 60x60x30 I have this strange graph and extruder heater slowly turns off (fan is off)
when I uncomment temperature smoothing (smoothfactor 16) 60x60x30 model (fan is off)
Both models are from slic3r with same settings (fan is off in settings)
What should I do ?
