Power supply input

Hi,
I have an LED power supply 12V-400W. The label specifies Input 170-260V - 50/60hz. The problem is I am in North America with 110/120V input. Will it work?

Probably not. Do you have a link for the power supply? Does it have a voltage selector switch?

The power supply is from Ebay

The description on ebay says 90-264VAC but the label on the unit says 170-260VAC. I've requested the info from the supplier. I'll post the answer (if I ever get one).

It would have a selector switch on the side to toggle between 120v and 240v if it was compatible with both.

The Ebay vendor did reply and said that it will work with 110V supply. There are no selector switches. I am concerned about using such a cheap PS -- 400W for less than $10 -- but it's what I got in the kit so I'll try it.

Chances are you'll be fine since most use just a Live and Neutral line. They might have an L2 line or something but just ignore it.
