Axis Calibration

Hello guys I am working on a Rostock 3D-printer with my partner. We have already built the printer but now we do have some problems with the firmware. We are using Arduino 0023
and as Firmware we downloaded this one [github.com]. As Pronterface we use Reptier Host an after uploading when i try to manually move the axis just 1 mm x and y are moving until we disconnect the power and the z axis is not really moving at all. I really hope someone can help me

Do the axes move in both directions on only in one direction. If they move infinite and only in one direction perhaps its looking for the endstop? The values for steps per mm in config file are correct?

They do move in both directions. Do you also build a rostock too? if yes it would be very nice if you could share your configuration.h file with me and the other changes you made in the firmware.

No sry i dont have a rostock, only cartesian here.
