I do not see the BQ Ciclop scanner in the usb devices.

When I plug the scanner into a windows 10 and windows 8.1 machine. I do not see the scanner in the device manager. It has a ?

Any help would be great. There is a red light on the under neath mother board.

You need to know what usb to serial chip your UNO has

most likely it is the cheapest crap you could find so it will be a ch340 chip
So install ch340 drivers [sparks.gogo.co.nz]
