Marlin and Arduino Difficulties confused smiley

Hello,

I need help due to difficulties sending a Marlin reconfiguration to the board,
The problem is because my Z axis is not moving properly, the relationship between logical end the effective is 10/9, egg. on Pronterface when I send the z axis to move 10 mm, it only moves 9 mm.

I'm using a gen6, the processor seems to be mega 644p, I installed Arduino 1.0.3 and Sanguino, however, I get the message:
n file included from Marlin.h:23,
from cardreader.cpp:1:
pins.h:770:3: error: #error Oops! Make sure you have 'Arduino Mega' selected from the 'Tools -> Boards' menu.

Does sanguino installed incorrectly?

Thanks in advance.

You should try with Arduino 0023 . Arduino 1.0 and above made lots of changes and not many firmwares are set up to use 1.0 and above.

The problem persist with Arduino 0023, would you mind tell me the steps to configure Sanguino and Arduino on Mac OS?

Thanks

I found that if I jog the z axis with Pronterface before I print, the z axis will move correctly. If I don't jog, the z axis moves a fraction (about 1/2) of what I want it to do. I'm not sure what's causing this, but this kludge works for me.
