Temperature table with marlin

Hi
I am starting to play with my printer. It moves and heat up as I want. But when it heats up, the measured temperatures are not the rights ones. So I generated the temperatures table according to the datasheet of my thermistor. Now I have a nice C array, but I don't know where to put it.
I'm using the firmware marlin on a prusa with a ramps 1.4.
