Parts List Prusa i2

I'm about to order all the parts for a Prusa i2. So I compared the Wiki Page [www.reprap.org] and the assembly instructions [www.reprap.org] but have some questions now. In the "improvements" list is says MOST M4 parts are changed to M3. In the parts list are zero M4 parts, but in the assembly instructions are several. What is correct here?
Then I understand "spares come in handy" for M8 nuts and washers, but I counted about 70, the parts list says I should order 100. This is about 50% of spares, seems a lot to me. The same with the M3 bolts.

Does someone have a "correct" parts list or could say what I should order exactly?

So what I'm actually asking: Is the parts list good as it is? Since it has other sizes as it is used in the assembly instructions. Will all the M3 bolts fit in the i2 printed parts? thanks!

Yes, I have zero M4 bolts in my Prusa i2.
