Well, I'm having a mysterious problem with my RepRap, I just added a heated build plate attached to MDF board and attached to the usuall Y-axis plate with oil light berrings. Anyway, the Y-axis usually slides nice and smooth normally, but when the bed heats up anywhere above 70 C the Y-axis suddenly binds. I think it's because of the bottom acrilic Y-axis might be stretching from the heat, but I'm doubtfull. Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem?
