start.gcode, not waiting for temperature..

I put together some startcode.
I really miss some wipe-feature - (if you have some , feel free to share)

current problem:
M116 does nothing - it does not wait for the temperatures to reach.
I could use M109 to set and wait, but I wish to heat the extruder & bed at the same time, not wait for the first, then heat the other..

Maybe use M140 for the bed, followed by a M109 for the hotend ?

Does Skeinforge/SFACT wipe not work for you?
Also the bed will take much longer to heat up than your hotend.
If you would send a command simultanously the hotend would have hetaed up and had to wait for the bed to heat up in a hot state....
Thats not good in two repsects.
For the quality of the filament and for the probable oozing of teh hotend during the wait... You will have missing filament at the start of the extrusion..

I have wait for a minute after the extruder warms up to allow the PEEK insulator to fully expand, otherwise the first layer height is inconsistent.
