Importing SVG into Skeinforge

Hi all,

I try to follow the howto of [reprap.org] to create an outline for an etchable PCB. As software I use skeinforge, hence I skip the steps using blender.

My problem is that the outlines all have the wrong size. I think inkscape is putting the size into the svg in pixel units which are translated by skeinforge as milimeter (1 px : 1 mm). I do not know the correct ratio - or rather I do not know if I am doing anything wrong with Inkscape or did I stumble across a skeinforge bug?

If someone has some experience with the issue, I would be glad if I could get a clue.

Ok, I just solved the issue. I was not aware that Skeinforge has now a scale plugin. With that this is easy. Inkscape always assumes 90 pixels per inch, we use 600 dpi instead of 90 when creating the PNG file. Skeinforge things the size is always in mm.

Hence the scale factor is s = 90 / 600 / 2.54 = 0.059, q.e.d eye popping smiley
