RepRap doesn´t extrude with Skeinforge

I have a RepRap Darwin, with stepper based extruder (lasercut). But when I use skeinforge the extruder won´t extrude. When I use the repsnapper build in generator the printer totally works. Could it be a problem with g-code (Maby Skeinforge thinks that a DC based extruder is connected...) I try to change all settings in Skeinforge but the printer won´t extrude. I also changed the firmware from Tonokip to FiveD (I thought that would help). I tried Skeinforge 40, 35, 39. I tried repsnapper and replicatorg to send the code´s to the printer. Is there perhaps an example setting for Skeinforge (For RepRap Darwin)

Dimension must be activated for E codes to be generated.

For Skeinforge >= 40 you must change your E_STEPS_PER_MM such that 1 mm of filament is pulled in and NOT 1 mm of filament is extruded. In other words a G1 E100 should move the filament 100 mm. See this post.
