Anyone else making deltas out of pvc? I looked around and didn't see any.

I'm having some issues with my self built extruder at the moment, I have plans for one that uses powdered hdpe from milk jugs.

I will be putting up some videos of it printing as soon as I get some time.

I wasn't sure if pvc would be strong enough at first, it's actually surprisingly strong and fairly precise.

I see it's been a few months, is this machine up and running? I'd love to hear more about it and see some more photos. What did you use for the ball joints, and the captive ball looks like it's sandwiched between two slices of HDPE. I'd also like to know more about your powdered HDPE idea - how are you powdering the milk bottles?

You should put a strongly worded message about the dangers of using acetone on PVC on the webpage.
