Mistery of Delta

Hello,

I'm new to this forum and this is my first post but I relay need some advice for bed tilt in my custom delta.

I have a smoothieware and calibrated with the 626pilot firmware (but also with the stock firmware) and while the probe tell me that I have quite perfect bed:

[BH] Determining the probe-from height.
[PR] Priming probe 1 times.
[BH] Bed height set to 352.919
[PR] Priming probe 1 times.
[DM] Depth to bed surface at center: 751 steps (0.000 mm)
[PD] -0.019
[PD]
[PD] [ 0.000] -0.031 -0.006 -0.006 [ 0.000]
[PD]
[PD] -0.006 -0.006 0.000 -0.013 -0.013
[PD]
[PD] [ 0.000] -0.025 0.000 -0.006 [ 0.000]
[PD]
[PD] -0.006
[PD] Best=0.000, worst=0.031, min=-0.031, max=0.000, mu=-0.005, sigma=0.008, energy=0.011

I can't understand why ther is a huge gap from the z axis to the x.
The first layer height is set to 0.3mm.

I tried to register manually the endstop after I need to rearrange the radius without find a solution!
The autocalibration routine seems to found a solution but at the end the prints are like the attached one.

It' s about two weeks that I'm trying to understand the first cause of the problem but I really can't understand.
So please I hope that someone can guide me in such way to find the possible problem or (at this point) to destroy all!

Thank you.

Is bed as flat as posible? Do u use glass as bed surface?

Yes it's a glass bed, but I found the problem (or almost the main problem) is a carriage that is 1mm ahed respect the other and of course this change the radius of only one axis.
Now I aranged to reduce the gap to 0.2mm and the problem it's still there but only a realy small portion respect before and also 626pilot has released a new version of his fork of smothieware with a matrix of 7x7 point that has helped also to reduce that problem.
So for the moment thankyou to all.
