Delta kossel calibration z-level good tutorials please?

Hi Everyone
I just get started in 3d Printer word and I just finished my first Delta kossel mini witch is look cool! (Ramp 1.4 /Ardiuno mega) , Linear bearings and heating bed
but now I'am ready to power up and start I think the most tricky part (" calibration ,Z-leveling...ect")

First ,I've been looking all over internet for tutorials step by step or detailed instruction for beginner , I fund some but I'm confusing witch software is best for me
should I use repetier (Highmap) , Pronterface and witch firmware> Marlin?
I was wondering witch technique and software you use the best for getting started please
