Micromake not quite reaching the bed to print.

Just upgraded my Micromake Delta from Arduino Mega/Ramps 1.4 to Micromake's own Makeboard Pro.. Uploaded the same firmware as before and everything works exactly as before except: Having done the autobed level in Cura's Machine Debugger (now 0.06mm accurate) it prints about 3mm above the bed.

I use Mattercontrol, so should be able to adjust it downwards as before with a negative number, but it won't go any lower. I have checked the firmware accepts negative Zs.

Any ideas?

You need to adjust the Z probe height in firmware.
