We use Sprinter Interface to control a 3D printer but meet a problem. The Sprinter Interface stops working after working 1 hour to 2 hours and we don't know why. The interface between computer and control circuit is USB.

I've had that problem when I used a USB cable that was loose. Somehow, prints would always stop halfway. You have any spare cables around that you can try?
