I have an issue with a PCB heatbed connected to D8 on a Ramps 1.4. When heating, Q3 gets VERY hot, about ~120 °C when heating the bed to 60 °C. Will likely rise further when heating to higher temperatures. Is this normal behaviour? I can't image the components will survive much more T.
Is there a way to control the heating speed in firmware or host software (pronterface+sprinter in my case)? Slower heating would solve the issue (as would a large heatsink+fan).
