Is there any way of running only 1 step motor on RAMPS 1.4? What code/firmware should I use?

i use the below code on the arduino "compiler" v1.01

if ur steppers are not fixed to a machine, face them spindle up free-wheeling and watch them spin.
(example [sphotos-a.ak.fbcdn.net])

to change the speed of the stepper, change the 2 delay values from (0.1) to (1) or more to slow down the spin.
