Maybe I can have a help here? I have a Ramps 1.4 and nema 17 motors and the marlin fw on it What you have to adjust the run the motors?

So yes, sorry got a ramps 1.4 with marlin heater and so everything and the problem is the drivers are just hot and the engine also does not do that right can not think but that it goes to theOccupancy is nema 17 motors are 17HS4401N or does not work that with the engines?

On the stepper drivers there is a screw that adjusts the current running to the motors. They are overheating because to much current is being used. If you have the A988 drivers turn it counter clockwise until the motors stop moving then slowly turn clock wise until they move again and that should be enough current to run your (ENGINE)!, without over heating.

Yes 12 menu are also there and when I move up in the menu but when I run it I print interface Create and wants to let the engines run so nothing happens only the drivers cook
