I couldn't find a schematic of dimensions on the wiki. I'm looking for schematics showing dimensions, position of screw holes, etc. Any ideas?

Not that you wouldn't notice, but the RAMPS board only has holes in the upper left and lower right and left. It doesn't have a screw hole in the upper right or in the middle of the board like the mega board does.
