RAMPS Melting down

Anyone got any ideas as to why this is happening? I keep getting a "heating failed" error and now the plug is melting down. Not sure what this 12v rail heats bed or extruder? Any help is appreciated.

This is the bed (11A fuse ) connector.
Are you sure, you have soldered the bed wires correctly for 12V?
