RUMBA Axis not moving - all of a sudden

Hi guys,
at my i3 all the axis stopped moving all of a sudden. Heating still works, fans still work (106/M107), Marlin doesnt show errors or endstop hit or anything, but non of the stepper motors makes the slightest move. 12V current is there. Any idea?

check to see if steps/mm on eeprom got set to 0? check with sending M503 to the printer (print setting)

also check thermistors reading room temp. (this should cause an error, but maybe your using a lcd and its not telling you.)

steps/mm ... your totally right! How could they disappear? Restore filesafe and safe memory. Problem solved. But seariously, how could the values dissappear out of nowere?
