Problems conecting motors

Hi
I'm conecting a Ramps 1.4 board and i have the following problems, i can't fix
The X and extruder motor works fine
The Y motor, won't move. When i send any signal a orange led start's blinking and the board reboot.
The Z motor's it only run 1 of the motors.
This is the schematis i use

It seams a wiring and board quality.
Checked the conetion on the z motor that wasn't running and 2 wires were off.
The board is this way:
Have to double check all the weldings
