ramps 1.4 not working with power supply

My ramps board dont work when I plug in with the power supply, but it works when I plug in with USB at the mega!

Probably I damaged when I try to see the voltage.

someone can tell me really what may be damaged??

another dead voltage regulator on the mega....

and if I call alone ramps with power ATX also not of anything
