Ramps V1.2, flashes ok but no response and gets hot.

Hi all,

My mendel has ramps V1.2, it was working. Then I lost one direction on the Z-axis (unsure how). Checked the motors and it came down to the port where the stepper driver plugs in not working. So I thought re flash and test. Re flashed with sprinter adding in the correct pins.h information, flash successful but it won't connect to pronterface and the drivers are getting hot. I have a continuous green flash at about 1 second apart. Any ideas please?

When only one direction is workin, most of the time the endstop isn't connected correctly. Maybe they need to be inverted in the new Firmware.
