Can't make it, no sleep last night and I am not even safe to _walk_ upstairs, never mind drive.
p.s. We need to plan for a night where we can actually run our printers. I could definitely get access to the hackerspace downtown, but that is probably too much of a drive. Perhaps the Surrey library meeting rooms?

Walnut grove also has a meeting room available but the problem is the time restraint, 9pm close.

tl;dr: We can rent conference rooms at a variety of community halls for $10/hr. If everybody pitches in $6 we are good for a few hours.

Ive called a few places on that list, for non profit the prices are 10.56 but when asked about using it along with "machines" and having electricity added prices go up pretty fast.

It still may be worth doing as the added costs would only add a little to each person. Plus if we plan it far enough ahead we could get more people from Van and even the Okanagan.
