having some trouble with bridging

Hello ,

I just built my first prusa and have been doing good so far but i've hit a wall. I using marlin with slic3r and pronterface,
my problem is bridging i can print a 20mm hollow box perfectly untill the top solid layers, it seam like the extruder stops extruding halfway across the gap giving me this... , .

note: the actual temp is 200 my thermister tables are jacked up.
