problam with printing in Negative angle

hey,
i`h got big problam!
whan i have a print the requires printing in negative angle all the plastic in the perimeters is distorted especially in the corners.
its forming like a hill and its destroyer the print.\

what can i do to prevent this from happen again?

... read in the forums about "overhangs" and "support material" - either you need support material, to prevent 'printing on air', or you can reorient your parts (e.g. print them vertical) to prevent overhangs with more than 45 deg ...

If you're printing with PLA, a cooling fan will also really help with this issue.
