Improve Vertical Inner Circles?

How do I improve vertical circles? I know I can increase retraction, that's mostly not overhang, it's built up residue from rapid side switching. What else can I do?

Lol.. when i looked at that, I thought how the hell did he print that?.. then i realized you had it sitting on its side.. I wonder if your issue is an artifact of heat and speed. Or even the slicer you used. On small areas like that I don't like how Cura puts layers on top of each other, instead of moveing side ro side to allow the layer to cool.

It would be awesome if heat could be decreased automatically, if I had thought about it I could have easily lowered the temp myself.
