Weird print surface

So im printing parts for my large scale printer and about half way through one of the parts I start to get weird external layering seen in the picture below:



The layers that are messed up are weak and easily break off.

Any ideas what is going on?

Every part I have printed since has had the same problem.

Currently printing at 210C with no heated bed and PLA. I've gone through 2 spools at that temp too...

It looks like your layer height is too high just above the holes.

I had printed the part once already at the same exact settings and it came out fine. Layer height is 0.3mm BTW.

Already have a fan blowing on the part.

I ended up having to change filaments cause I ran out of the orange. The spool I am using now is working perfectly fine. Kinda odd...
