Prusa Nozzle jams after a whilethumbs down

I have an all metal hotend Prusa Nozzle, which prints good quality small parts but when I try to start a print which is a lot bigger in dimensions, the extruder jams after 20 minutes.

I have tightened the screws for the idler to the furthest it can go, touching the stepper motor.
I have been troubleshooting this nozzle for 2 weeks now and still can't find why it keeps jamming.

Have read on some forums that this may be due to the nozzle not having a PTFE tube like the J-HEAD hot end?
If so, what can I do to get the nozzle to print a whole 4 hour print without jamming?

Prusa nozzles are notorious for bad quality at high prices. I would toss it in the trash and use it as a learning experiance.
