Prusa i3 Filament not flowing

I have a new Prusa i3. The printer will work and try to print, but the filament will not flow through the extruder properly. It just globs out a little. The extruder temp is 220 C and the heatbed temp is 60 C, ABS filament. Any ideas?

Try more heat. 230-240c is the norm. Also you heatbed should be at 100c for good adhesion.
