Z510 Printer Problems

Hello everybody,

at first, sorry for my bad english. I work with an Z510 from Zcorp to build an Scaffold for Cellculture. My Problem is, that the printer doesn't work. Everytime I try to purge the Printheads they ran overtemp. Now I want to use only one cartigde but I don't know how. So I would be happy if anybody here can tell me how to manage, that the Printer only purge one cartigde.
