Seriously though, it totally depends on the build, mechanical parts, lubrication, motor current and make, personal preference etc. A good low starting point would be 1000mm/s2 acceleration for xyz and e. Speeds in mm/s: 100, 100, 3, 20 for xyz and e respectively. Vmax xy jerk 20mm/s.

In slicer use 30mm/s printing speed, 15mm/s first layer speed.

Temperatures depend on thermistor accuracy/lookup table and type and make of filament.

Calibrate it using triffid hunters guide. Then try higher speeds and acceleration and find your own 'best' settings.

PLA usually runs in the range of 190-210ºC, although some brands might go out of that range. The bed is usually 60ºC when printing with PLA.
