There is a "quick and dirty" fix for this problem that I use sometimes on bigger parts.
Once the last support layer is printed I brush a thin layer of ABS juice on it.
This gives a slightly rised surface that provides better adhesion, and yes, I use it for PLA as well, just Nylon is a pian in the ....
It also helps to increase the extrusion width for the first layer and to use a very low speed for the first layer.
Problematic parts I tend to print with below 25mm/s for the first layer.
