Auto Level Problem

hi all,
Have a interesting problem. i use auto bed level (Proximity sensor.) G29 auto bed level command works first 4 probe point. but 5th and 6th points same as 4th (only 1 mm move) 7th points move wrong way disable motors and manual x and y axsis printers works perfectly this issu only bad level problem .

1- x: 71.00 y: 19.00 z: -1.54
2- x: 131.00 y: 19.00 z: -1.62
3- x: 191.00 y: 19.00 z: -1.83
4- x: 191.00 y: 80.00 z: -1.84
5- x: 131.00 y: 80.00 z: -1.83 Probe Same point
6- x: 71.00 y: 80.00 z: -1.83
7- x: 71.00 y: 141.00 z: -1.23
8 x: 131.00 y: 141.00 z: -6.88
