Communication timeout : reset send buffer block

Hi, I downloaded Repetier and installed correctly. I launched the first print and after a while I stopped it. Now when I go to Manual Control the axes no longer move and the error "communication timeout: reset send buffer block" comes out. I uninstalled and reinstalled everything but it still doesn't work. What can I do? Thanks Raffaella

First thing would be to look on the computer to see what com port the printer is using. Check that is what Repetier has in its settings and save the configuration. Obviously you need the printer powered for this.
If the computer can't see the printer then one of them is busted. You can try a different socket on the computer if you have one.
