Printing never starts

Hello everyone,

when I start prtinting with my machine it remains stuck at home without never moving. It is the first time I'm going through such a problem and I really don't have a clue how to fix it.
I use Ultimaker cura both for slicing and controlling and I noticed that temperature swing around the set-temperature all the time. This happens both for the extruder and the bed. The G-code for M166 has already been removed.
Can I please pick your brain for a moment?

Hi, some things you can try:
Check the voltage: My Ender has also this issue sometimes when the voltage is too low.
Start PID tune test, depending on what firmware your printer is running on:
Marlin PID guide
Klipper PID guide
Reflash the firmware.
Check the extruder (nozzle).
